Two beautiful cabinets, for sure! I really like the oak XI. It should sound great; it's a later model with the fat tone arm/no. 2 sound box. Congratulations!
According to Baumbach's "Victor Data Book," pp. 129 and 154, the motor from the VV-80 is essentially the same as that supplied with your XI, and takes a ⅜" male crank ("winding key" in Victorspeak), so the crank pictured in your second post won't work, as it appears to be female. (Also, I don't recall ever seeing a Victor crank with a stepped shaft like that one; is it supposed to be from your XI?)

I noticed the same thing, I used the crank that came with the 80. I guess the crank that came with the XI is from whichever mystery phonograph that the tonearm, reproducer and platter in my other post are from. No one seems to know what they're from and I have no clue since only the platter is marked OkeH.
