Concert No.1455 left the factory about November 1899, and Concert No.7070 was shipped about October 1901. These are coincidentally the same months as Alec's machines, but the different examples shipped toward the beginnings/ends of the respective months.

Edison Spring Motor/Triumph Questionnaire
1) Serial number (found on top): 75577
2) Is serial number stamped in a plate, or a raised boss? stamped
3) If stamped in a plate, what’s the last patent date? May 22, 1906
4) Does straight edge (where front of reproducer carriage rides) have 2 screws? none
5) Does the upper casting have lugs for Class M pulley wheels? no
6) Which secures the endgate; a ball catch, or a locking lug? no endgate
7) Does carriage hold the reproducer with nickeled clips, or a single screw at 2:00 position? single screw
8) Motor number (found stamped on front of motor frame): 59351
9) Are the motor gears solid or spoked? Most solid, 2 are spoked (large diam brass colored one, and one on end of spring barrel)
10) If there’s a plate below the mandrel, what exactly does it say? none
11) Which does the cabinet have; a drawer, a banner decal, or an “Edison” script decal? Green Oak Banner (drilled for side handles 4 holes ea.)
12) Are there any dated material with it? Invoices? Packing slips? Writing inside the lid? none

(Maybe a Franken-triumph made for me since I like the banner and wanted a 2/4 min machine.)

Mine is numbered not that far off Kiwi's and has the same less common features being the locking knurled screw for the endgate and the lift lever for the carriage is an upside down U.
Did they equip many Triumphs this way ?

I can't explain the lift lever (I've seen a few others) but I suspect that - like the locking end gate - Edison was briefly prevented from exporting those features into Great Britain because of prior agreements with Edison-Bell.

EXTRA: Machine equipped with Edison Weber 2 part crane and Edison 12-Panel Triumph Horn. Crane foot has low shaft but no positioning cross rod. There is also no notch in the end of the bottom crane rod. The upper case crane rod bracket is the slip-over-edge style. Stamped with "T" on the bottom.
