Clay,
Nice display. Looks good!
Please someone else-Post your collection!
It doesn't matter if you have rare machines or common ones!
Let's keep this thread rolling!

Here are some of my radios.

That is a wonderful toy! I hope the gearing makes it moves very slowly as it plays.

I love the charm of old radios. This is mine. There's no alarm on this clock radio!

I also love the look of old radios, but I cannot start collecting yet more stuff without seriously endangering my marriage.
Great radio collection Gene. How do you guys find space (and spouse acceptance) for all that stuff in the house?
James, that grandfather radio is awesome. 8-)

James,
I second Andreas kind words.
That's one beautiful radio.

Andreas,
I remind my wife daily that I don't gamble, drink, curse, lie, smoke, golf, or cheat on her or my income tax returns. I am always one of four places; working, at home with my wife and children, at church, or occasionally chasing a phonograph.
Over the past 22+ years of marriage, she's come to accept my addiction to phonographs and radios.
If you twisted her arm, she might even admit that she's come to admire and appreciate them!
When I do spend time on or with the hobby, I try to include my wife and four children as much as possible. I am hoping that both my sons (ages 19 AND 12) become phonograph collectors.
I am hoping to bring my youngest son to the Wayne Show this Sunday.
Each of my four children (I have two daughters as well.) have a machine that I have given them.
 :D
