Amberola; Great collection and very beautifully displayed.I do have one question though. Does anyone REALLY need two Victrola XX,s

Maybe one of those should come to my house

As someone who only recently began seriously collecting machines, I'm simply in a daze at
seeing all these beautiful collections! And to think..each one has a unique story to go along with it!

Thank you all for sharing them....

Now I need to get a BIGGER house!

You aren't kidding! I moved to a house a few years ago that was less than half the size and had to store/sell a large number of my machines. Very uncool!

What a privilege to see such an incredible collection!
Thank you for posting.
Is that an MS with rigid tonearm?
I see so many machines that are just awesome.
I am a sucker for any oak L-door victrola.
I also love the wood-grained horn on the Edison Standard.
Can you tell me more about the three machines mentioned above?

Thanks guys, but these are my friends collection. I did buy most of them, for them, and keep them up and running. I just wish I had a house as nice as Deb and Rus. The oak Victor 16 L-door came from me a couple of years ago. I got it from a 40 year collector in SC. The MS is a ridged arm as is the R. The 2 XX's are different, one has the gold trim and the other doesn't. I was visiting last night and thought about you guys. That's why I took some photos. That's not all of their machines. I will post some others later. They have some wonderful uprights like a Victor 13. Not many of those around. I am in the process of trying to find them a Hexaphone and maybe a couple other coin ops.
