The new movie Babylon with Brad Pitt will have a Victor VI shown in a short scene.
I speak with the owner of that Victor VI frequently and the prop staff for the movie production rented the phonograph from him during the shoot.
Be on the lookout…

That's far out, man. Little Wednesday says both "boss" and "groovy." It's been a while since I heard anybody say "groovy." I haven't heard anyone use "boss" in this context since the mid 1960s.

There are some featured in "Babylon-Berln" cant find any shown in the trailer but they are in the series. I know that because they were supplied by the Gramophonwerkstatt in Munich.

Along with "Das Boot" one of the best series to come out of Germany in the last few years by the way.

I spotted a Victor Credenza lurking in the corner of the bank president's office in the 1940 movie, "The Bank Dick" starring W.C. Fields. I guess they needed a large, dark, bulky piece of furniture to fill the scene.

There is a outside horn phonograph in tonight’s episode of history of the World pt 2. During the Alexander G. Bell portion…
I couldn’t tell if a crapophone or vintage…

Would that be the Credenza, or Fields himself?
