Very nice victrola.... I concurr on the gaskets. Replace them, and, it improves the sound dramatically.
I'm on a slippery slope, and, have been for years with two model B Edison homes, an edison B standard, a model A fireside,an amberola 30, a B gem I'm resurecting, and, an amberola 3, along with numerous internal horn machines.
I'm certainly enjoying myself.

Thanks Bill, the hardest part is knowing when to stop...

I was considering the re-plating of the gold parts, but I wonder if that would add value or not? (I found 20 books of very old
real German gold leaf in a box that came from my in-laws house recently.) Maybe I can set up a small plating rig similar to the electrolysis rig I made to clean the silver on my old Acoustic Research 3a's and 4x's potentiometers.

Today I received the Diaphragm Rebuild Kit that I ordered from APSCO, and performed the task of renewing my Exhibition Reproducer.
Amazing difference, just like everyone said it would be!
Thank you everyone for your help and advice that led me to this very satisfactory conclusion!
I have uploaded a short video clip of the maiden voyage:

It sure did! Next I'll have to conquer the Edison Home reproducer and see the improvement.
