I don't understand how people quoting the His Master's Gramophone book could have mistaken this machine for a small model? It is in the book and clearly shows that it was the replacement model for the Senior Monarch.

I really enjoy looking at and owning HMV machines. To me, they have a certain class to them. I'm fortunate to own a few in my collection. I really like the nickle plated back brackets on them. Unfortunately, these machines don't command the price of an American Victor, but that's OK. I can still get a decent machine at a good price.
