Having the 'Canadian Virus' isn't so bad for us: it comes with universal Health Care.

By the way, I hope you checked that the outer ring holding the stylus chuck isn't frozen. It's usually the first thing to fail on Brunswick heads, due to the pot metal swelling. If you can't rotate that ring, the Pathé portion is just aboot useless.

Just the perimeter, anything more would have been excessive, and a headache to attach evenly.

Finally got the springs for this machine installed. After some minor adjustments and tweaking, the motor runs smooth, strong, and quiet. I'm very happy the way it turned out.

Still waiting for the right tone arm and reproducer, but it runs great already!

P.S. - It has a new grill cloth, now, too.

It belongs to the folks across from me in Castle Rock, they have an antique store. I am helping them restore it, the mechanical part of it, anyway. I wish I did own it.

They have given me permission to share the restoration progress...

Here is a picture of the original grill cloth. It is a very fine weave and golden brown in color.

Great job Cliff, it looks great.

It looks as though the top is completely veneered rather than having solid sides,
the grain pattern must be magnificent. The only other time I've seen that is on a Circassian machine.
