That sucks! I've had experience with bad packing jobs too. That, however, sounds really negligent, and you should definitely contact about that piece that you are missing, and the broken tonearm mount.
Hopefully you can repair the support! I've heard or people having good luck with epoxy.
Over paid for parts.
