It's gotta be something like a Paramount or a Romeo sleeve: something really unusual...that probably never made it north of the border heheh.

Jim,

I'm pretty sure at least a few pressings made it up north by the time this graphic was used.

Regards,
John

C'mon Neophone, are you going to give us the answer to the contest? I'm still scratching my head on this one :D

I don't think we have posed the obligatory 20 questions yet......
Why do we need signatures when we are on a first avatar basis?

I still can't place this graphic. If you don't want to give the game away just yet - can we at least have one more clue...even if it is a teaser!

Folks,

Alright. It's a late twenties/early thirties Perfect Records Sleeve. I've got some more goodies from it so I can't show it to you just yet. ;)

Regards,
John

Folks,

Here's the second "Whenever I Get Around To It Phono~Graphic Contest"

Every once in a while I'll be posting an altered graphic somehow related to our hobby - a label, logo, tag, sleeve &c in whole or in part and it's up to you to figure out what it's from.

The first prize?...................................................

.............................insert drum roll here.........................................

..........................................the suspense is killing me...............................................................

............................................I don't know if I can stand it much longer..............................................

........................an all-expense paid trip absolutely-nowhere! ;)

In case of a questionable answer the judges' decision is final. The judges are: Neophone, Uncle Cal, Ernest Hare, Billy Jones, Egyptian Ella and that annoying guy from American Idol.

Winner responsible for all tips, taxes, fees, surcharges, fines, meal vouchers, luggage penalties, security deposits, incidentals and carfare.

Good Luck!

This one I've edited into another logo for us-possibly for a music section.... :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Regards,
John :D
