My Jewel reproducer/adapter arrived in the mail yesterday and I'm very pleased with it. Had to use a small tube to connect it to my orthophonic tone arm (the Jewels were made for the pre-orthophonic tone arm) but the result is very pleasing: a nice, mellow, full sound with much surface noise interrupted.

Speaking of reproducer/adapters, today I picked up a Kentone for my Diamond Disc player and am impressed with that as well--though the Jewel seems to produce a better sound (but of course the Jewel is projecting through an orthophonic horn as well).
