And, the crazy thing is that there may very possibly also have been more portable models, we can see missing chronological numbers here. The models shown here are after all only models sold through this auction house after 2013...

Another four:

Columbia Portable Model No.220

Columbia Portable Model No.221

Columbia Portable Model No.222

Columbia Portable Model No.230

Wow! Us portable Columbia collectors have been trying to get this information for years, so sincere thanks for the trouble you have gone to. I have five of the portables shown, but although identical in appearance, they have different model numbers!

Barry, I was very happy to research and find this information. I actually love doing exactly this, hunt high and low for hard to find information, and for a long time now, I really was focusing on this task, and it finally succeeded.
Still, as we can see, there are some Model numbers missing in the listing. I have tried to upload the content in a chronological order, according to the model numbers, but as we can see..there are still empty spaces, so it is as I see it, very likely that the production was even wider, something that is also proven by the fact that you own models that still are not shown in this long list of portables. It takes some time to digest all of this, and many of the portables are very similar in appearance, and we may never really know what separates them, but at least we can now look at them on photos. It was a huge task downloading the photos uploaded here, the photos were not viewable on the website, so I had to right click and open all the model names in new tabs, and also download the photos from these new links.

Reluctant as I am, may I respectfully point out these corrections? The Columbia 100 is a purely British machine, and the 160 and 163 are American.
