Perhaps, but I'm going to chime in anyway. I have sold to, and purchased from, Mark and would rate him 100% based on my experiences with him. Just last weekend we were on the phone at all hours doing a deal and he has been busy ever since getting the stuff packed and ready to ship to me.

Emails, messages, and smoke signals can all disappear at times. But integrity and sincerity usually don't.

If you don't intend to "consider" offers and then follow up and/or counter the offer to the first respondent (which seems reasonable) AND give them a chance to reply ("YES" or "NO" in a stated time frame - determined by the seller - 1hr-24hrs, etc. - NO tire kicking)... just list your item with a firm price and don't muck it up with "Offers Considered".
