Interestingly it seems that all Exceldas sold for good prices and none under 200 Euros

It's a shame that it would be impossible to be there in person, but if you had gone, there were some amazing bargains. For $15,000-20,000, you could have a great collection of unusual machines... not the rarest, but some interesting ones that are seldom seen.

Breker carries such auction of gramophones and automatons every year. In recent years there were only few and uninteresting gramophones, but this one has some German coin-ops and other more attractive machines. The hammer prices are always very high. The best part of these auctions, however, are the automatons, some amazing (and very very expensive).
