It depends on the speed of your internet connection, but it should take typically a similar time to its length...

Also the size of the file - on some video cameras the resolution is adjustable.

Yes, something's wrong with your uploading connection. It should take 5 to 15 min in my home!
Have you tested your internet speed with one of those apps?

But your own network provider may have a speed tester on its website or in its own app...
Or maybe there's a problem with YouTube in your area...
