Paul,
Lerria and I have been praying for you since the beginning of your ordeal.
We are glad you have made it to rehab and will continue to pray for your recovery.
We are so sorry you and Dawn are going through all this, but wish a speedy recovery.
Looking forward to seeing you and all our friends in June.
All the best,
David & Lerria Rosamond

The fund is getting close to the $15,000 goal, but seems to have plateaued. There’s nothing stopping us from donating multiple times. Let’s get this moving upwards again.

The generosity and kindness overflowing here by the phonograph community here shows what a incredibly wonderful bunch of people this hobby is so blessed to have in it.
It moves me emotionally to see how Paul, my closest friend in the whole wide world, is so loved, respected, and cared for here by his friends and colleagues.
May we all continue to pray for, encourage, and assist Paul in any way we can, for his complete recovery.

Paul’s fund has stalled out at just over $14k.
There are over 4,000 TMF members. Paul in his own way has helped each and every one.
COME ON GUYS, LET’S STEP UP!

I have known Paul Baker since 1968 when I was 11 years old and he was 14, the longest that I have known anyone in this hobby. I knew his parents, sisters, and brothers-in-law. I have already unwillingly contributed to Paul’s ‘fund’ several times in my life, including a Type AB Graphophone, a Type BC Graphophone, a Model O reproducer, an original carriage for an Edison ‘Concert’, and a Kurtzmann ‘Studio’ glass phonograph. Sorry I don’t have anything to contribute further to this worthy cause and wish that I was capable of feeling differently about it. Karma is a [Fifi].

Why would anyone feel it necessary to make such a statement when all that we are trying to do here is help out a fellow human being. You are entitled to your thoughts, but this is not the time or place to express them.

Oh, Raphael. If people only knew the real story. Don’t push it.

As I said, this is not the time or place.
Please don’t try to throw cold water on my fund raising efforts.
