I went back to the shop and fixed the grill this morning. All that is left is to glue on the trim....
Special thanks to Larry for sending me all the measurements! If in the future I am set up again to do a run of these I will let you all know.

Just FYI, the correct spelling is ‘grille’, not ‘grill’. A ‘grill’ is where food is cooked.
