This board is becoming akin to sitting in a hairdressing salon with a bunch of old ladies with dementure, listening to them repeat themselves over & over..

Well, the fact that the title of the thread is followed by the digital version of a "wink wink" is the first clue that the thread isn't to be taken seriously, but if you miss that, then just do what I do when I click on a thread and realize I'm not interested in it, I leave and don't revisit it. It only takes about 5 seconds. Like I said, there's plenty of threads here that I find dull, but I wouldn't presume to tell people that they shouldn't post them. On the other hand, I hope that we all continue to comment on things that do interest us, I know I've found plenty of your comments to be interesting and instructive, but if you don't like a particular topic, just don't go there any more.

As far as the comment about old ladies, I've felt the same way about other threads, where people are practically wetting themselves over some detail that I can't work up any interest in. It's just part of being in an online community where we all hope to get along.

There was a recent Frankenphone that sold on ebay for $1,100, merely because some uninformed newbie got sucked into believing that he was bidding on something rare and unusual that to his eyes looked authentic. If I and others can provide a service to alert the General Public to the outright frauds that are being committed like this one on Ebay and other auction sites, then I think we are doing a service. So to that end, I would encourage these postings and not discourage them. Obviously if there is a post you don't want to see you can just ignor it. Sure I posted this machine again. But it was only after it was freshly relisted on ebay for a higher price, after it was supposedly sold originally for $140.00, so I mistakenly assumed that it had never appeared here before, and hopefully that does not mean I have a touch of dementia. LOL.
