Thank you to all of the replies, i bought some rubber spacers and they seem to dampen the noise a bit, ill see if the governor screws are tight and also check the bearings when i can, there is also still the problem of the super loud groaning once the spring is almost out of power, but if these fixes don't do anything for it ill leave that for another day.
