I agree with Brianu and Jerry B. - consolidate... drop the regional connotations and go national / global.

Brian, you asked about why the "CAPS Online News" was located on another, less-active board. The reason is that the owner of that board came up with the idea and broached it to the CAPS board. We liked the idea (obviously), and for awhile the arrangement seemed to be working out. Unfortunately, as you noted, that board has become significantly less active. That's the situation.
Thanks again for taking the trouble to share your thoughts/ideas for CAPS. I will be forwarding all your results to the CAPS board this weekend, so it's not too late to bend our ears...
