Also, a mystery block is 3.5" square with the 1" hole does not seem to fit with any motor part. It's not for the winding stem. :coffee:

That is a transport safety lock, prevents parts from moving when they shouldn´t. We have them on all our printers and imagers when they leave the factiory, they are usually one of the first items to be chucked along with the packaging, so that is a rare beast indeed.

First off, that was not a flapper girl, that is a traditional Japanese woman. Second, that chunk of a Vocalion may have been a chunk of a Perfect.
