I can't remember if I've ever shared any photos of my collection here, but since this is back to the top, I figured it's about time! I'm still at home with my parents, so unfortunately, my phonospace doubles as my bedroom, and with everything currently going on it serves as my home office too. It's been rather rough, because setting up a desk in my room has more or less cut off access to my early model VV-XI, my Edison C-200, and it's a lot harder to use the Edison Home! Thankfully, I still have easy access to the B-275, along with my Vic III as well as a few 2-minute only cylinder machines (their usefulness is limited however, with all my 2 minute cylinders sitting under the Home... )

A big thanks to everyone who has shared photos of their collections! I always love browsing through this thread.

Nate’s light fixture is super cool, and its oxidized-bronze finish (also known by many other names, but that’s what Edison catalogs called it), is exquisite and contemporary in style to the phonographs. Thanks for the peek.

Addendum: and now we see from the catalog cut that it even has its original shades. Fantastic!

Thanks Peter! I got lucky a few years back in a local antique store. I've always loved the oxidized bronze. This particular fixture is right out of the Sears catalog, circa 1915. Someone even went through the trouble of a special order, for an extra 10% on the cost of the fixture.

I see you have a Pathé Diffusor, but yours has the sliding speakhorn, whereas mine (as you can see in my avatar photo thingy) is pivoted. How well does the sliding design work/track? And how's the motor? Mine is very wimpy, and when I've seen ones like yours at auction I've wondered if they were a "higher end" model with a better motor. Ideally, I want something that will play 14" center starts without poohing out and needing touch-up crankings.

Incidentally, my machine is designated a "Diamond," but the cone bears a "Pathé Diffusor" label.
