Wow that is really great original paperwork to find with your Actuelle, I note on the packing slip that the your model J had the full tone and Half tone Saphire ball needles with it originally to play verticals. Are they still with the machine?

Valecnik may be referring to the four leg version of the English Gothic known as the Model T. Some refer to it as the Tudor model to avoid confusion with the more ornate Gothic models. Here is a picture of one with doors opened:
