Many thanks Curt! Some wonderful machines yourself, as ALL of these have been. Amazing, to me, the level of creativity that went into these little charmers.

Here's the first-series Peter Pan, from 1923. As you say of your slightly later one Kirkwood, it plays and sounds much better than it "should"!

I have really enjoyed this thread. I like the miniatures. Maybe a new way to fritter away my ill-gotten gain, now that there is just no more room for big machines.

I have a Yale Bluebird that Jerry Donnell gave my mom when we went down to his house in 2002 to pick up the C-250 that was purchased by Minerva Witz in Washington,DC in 1919.Also,a Credenza.My mom.my sister Grace and I were sitting on the porch when he presented the Bluebird to her.Jerry said,"Now you have a victrola!"I had Tim Fabrizio fix it up recently,and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!
