That is very sad, please measure the thickness of the glass. I am afraid the glass diaphragms made today while they do work in a recorder, are for band or loud singing only, at 8 thousandths. a 5-6.5 thousandth thick glass would do very well, but only originals are that thin. I do not work on other recorders as I do not have time. Phonographs is a hobby.

I just purchase the pre-cut mica diaphragms from a dealer.
Makes it a whole lot easier than cutting with scissors.
