Spectacular machine Cliff. Do you know what the dealer is asking for it. Just curious.

Yes. Here is a snap. You have one of these? Do you have the original tone arm & reproducer?
Thanks! This one has a gold washed tone arm that is broken/ Still haven't located the reproducer and connecting arm.Silvertone wrote:Yes. Here is a snap. You have one of these? Do you have the original tone arm & reproducer?
It has the electric motor as mentioned in the catalog.
These are the knobs that came with mine. I'm pretty certain that they are the original knobs. The front has an odd texture and I think they were originally gold plated. The knobs on the record storage doors are broken. Any idea what they look like?
Thanks for the pics! Here is a picture of what remains of the knobs on this machine. I believe they are wood. Also, it appears they screw into the doors, there is no screw head on the back side of the door.Silvertone wrote:These are the knobs that came with mine. Took the record drawers out to clean the drawer tracks and discovered the middle drawer is extra long for 12" records. I've seen similar assemblies from other Brunswick machines but never the longer 3rd drawer. Also found the record dividers including a set for the longer drawer. And the cabinet doors use SOSS invisible hinges. Very cool!

Thanks!

Thanks for this info. My original plan was to try to unscrew them, might have to rethink that.De Soto Frank wrote:Cliff -
They may be dowel-shanked and glued.
I have WW-I era Grafonola with glued wooden knobs...
Proceed with caution.
