FOLLOW THE RESTORATION: a cleverly modified Edison Class-E

Because I was running only one original resistor bulb, and using a 20W repro bulb as a stand in for the low voltage leg, 80volts is what it ran on. Had I had a thicker filament in the resistor it would run at 110v DC..... No idea of current draw. I'll measure if I can locate another original Edison resistor bulb.

Wyatt, you are without question one of the finest restorers I have seen. No offence to ours, as I'm sure there are others on here that rival your work. Your attention to detail is truly amazing and a real labor of love...without doubt.

Wyatt, I was wondering if you tried to get any information from the auctioneer Duane Merrill in Vermont about the machine or the history of the locations where it was found. It would be exciting if more of the history of the machine could be discovered.
