Any known documented date INSTALLATION & OPERATION MANUAL. ALSO LID SUPPORT ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS. THE MANUAL IS RATHER GENERIC OF THE PANATROPE ERA MACHINES AND NOT SPECIFIC TO THE CORTEZ.

If I may humbly suggest, I believe your cabinet is walnut and your reproducer is the Panatrope style.

I wasn’t sure about the reproducer, You are correct it is a panatrope. But I thought the cabinet was a dark mahogany?

Did the early Brunswick Phonographs have a decal in the center of the opened lid, where later models had Brunswick spelled out on the lower hinged section of the lid and if so what years are the center lid decals from? Thanks

Is anyone familiar with the Brunwick phonograph model 122? I found one, highly carved and in oak. SN 182340 I'm not finding anything on-line about production, etc. Has a four-spring motor and Ultona head.
