Yes indeedy, it is sold. Thanks for making this available. I knew I'd never have another chance to own one. It is rather larger than I anticipated, and is much more impressive in person than photos would have one believe. The woman in the period advert, with her arm casually draped over the lid, must have been of more robust proportions than the norm for women of the day. Although I'll confess to having far more machines than I need, I confess to being quite smitten with this.

4 pages later and you still never posted a photo like I asked on page 1.

Sorry I didn't get around to working on this much, just picked it up yesterday afternoon and had to go back to work, etc. Getting ready to put this house on the market in a few weeks, and after living here 35 years, there is a lot of cleaning, clearing and sorting to do. The phonographs will have to wait a bit longer....the plaster church angels will watch over this HMV in the meanwhile.

WOW! It really sets the whole room off! That's fantastic.
