David, once again you're working wonders.
Good luck with that restoration. With the Panatrope tonearm stuck on there, it may be one of the better-performing Silvertones in existence once you are done, even if that is like dropping a racing engine in a Ford Pinto.

I’ll sand the veneer patches down tomorrow when the glue is dry.

Here’s an update:
I finished removing all the veneer from one of the sides today. I’ll work on the other side tomorrow.

David, you're going on at a fast pace! Very good! The staining and so on will go slower, but the beauty of your work will shine out! You'll end with a nice machine to use!

I am going to try and get the color on the new veneer matched a little better but here is what it looks like now.
