I would pick up 78s from the local thrift store in my town Once I found an Edison Diamond Disc in a group of LPs.Now all they have are LPs,and it's the same old junk!edisonplayer

There's a thrift store near here that I used to ignore as they took such terrible care of their records (which usually consisted of show tunes and Mitch Miller records). Then last month I happened to pop in as I had a little time. They had totally changed around the record section so that you could actually scan through it and for once they had a shelf full of 78s. Came upon a Sun record and a couple of scroll labels. You just never know what you're going to find and when!
