So, to cut a long story short those 'porcelain' plaques cannot be anything else but cheap illegal copies and badly made too. I wouldn't spend more than 10 euros (or $15) on them, knowing they are as fake as the Crapophones offered on the internet.
Well, it is at least an older Crap-O-Sign from the 1950's so it should be worth
$20 or so as a novelty.
