It looks to be a Brunswick Style 135, which later became style 35. You can find pictures in the on-line Brunswick book available for download on the http://www.antiquephono.org website.

I wonder if I should get the 3 sided Ultona for my Brunswick console.Mine plays lateral ok,but not vertical.The type of Ultona that I'm talking about is the type with the diaphragm with the Edison Diamond Disc stylus.The one I have is the other type,without the DD part.edisonplayer
