Your 4 beautiful examples nicely illustrate the humble Q's variations of production. Very nice! I assume your first listed is with its original cardboard shipping box? I've seen only one other in my travels.

Yes, I tried to include the cardboard shipping box in the photo. It is missing it’s top, but the sides of the lid are intact.
