Another variation you may find on late C-19's is the governor was changed from having 2 weights to having 3 weights. From my personal (but limited) observations, those with 3 weights will also have mustard turntable felt instead of green.
It's also my belief that C-19's which have no speed control on the top side of the bedplate will begin to appear around the same time as the Edisonic models were introduced. These C-19's should also have a patterned grille cloth (as used on Edisonics) instead of a plain cloth.
