OK—one more label before I take a break to play with something else.

Here’s another from Richard’s collection:

Stay tuned for more. :D

Here’s another Vocalion from RJ to complement the other label we’d previously had available in the stock avatar gallery:

I’ll have to post a transparency of it, as well—I hadn’t cut it because I wanted the avatar to show that it was a red shellac disc.

RJ,

Thank you for scanning it—that’s a really nice label. I really like their decorative scrollwork, and the gold is nice and sharp in your scan.

Some of these label designs were truly stunning.

...now I just have to dig up one of my Vocalion scans... :D

Hopefully I can get up a few more labels tonight before I need to work on other projects.

Here’s yet another from Richard’s collection:

Here’s one more British label from Richard:

That’s it for a bit—the grocery store is calling, and then I have a website to debug for IE6’s broken rendering engine. See this thread for similar complaints. ;)

Here’s another, that I know Richard was anticipating greatly. Unlike the other images, he actually photographed this one.

He takes much better photos of records than I do. ;)
