The flat spring for the needle weight had a slight kink. Thanks Kevin for the replacement.
I cleaned the slight rust off the spring and then re-blue the spring.
Re-assembled the needle weight and put everything back together.
I can't believe how great the reproducer sounds now. It is like night and day.

More than happy to help.
You do realize by now this isn't going be your only phonograph, right?

Thanks again Kevin. Yeah you are probably right. This is the 2nd machine in 2 months. My wife is already giving me that look. I remember it well when I started with my clocks many years ago and now hovering around 120 time pieces currently. But I can't help myself, they all need to be rescued and given tender loving care.

Is that a dance reproducer ? If so then the heavy weight will wear the records pretty fast.
Edit
After checking I do not believe it is a dance model.

Well I have got a new Sitko rice paper diaphragm on the way and will redo the reproducer with the new diaphragm when it arrives.

You mean she knows about your phono hobby and just gives your "the look" instead of the bum's rush?!?!? Quick marry her before she gets away!!!

Thanks guys, No, the look at my home does not mean "NO" , just do I have enough points to pull off a new purchase or activity. Points can be sometimes hard to get and sometimes not of equal value.
