Frankenphone. Note the Silvertone motor and portable (Audak) reproducer. The horn is also poorly mounted where you can see the metal motor mounts. I can't really explain the logo, but this isn't very professionally done other than that

Sorry for my very late response, Thank you drh, for this info and especially the photos! Obviously our lost photos are a tragic occurance.

I do appreciate the efforts put forward by everyone who has participated in all of our surveys. I miss those days but, suffice it to say, "...life gets busy and had other plans for me."
