Thanks for that addition to the database, which is now up to 435 entries -- about 10% of the reported total production.

Number 42 is certainly VERY early, but not the lowest number recorded. Numbers 3 and 7 have been reported, but are unconfirmed. Number 10 is confirmed, plus 22, 23, 29 and 36, preceding yours.

Does the database include Raphael Cole's nickel & gold plated examples?

I used to own serial #3 20 years ago. Not sure where it went however
