Scotts Automatic Phonograph

Someone has posted an eBay listing for an original photo of the Scott's Automatic Phonograph. This gives Hexaphone a whole new meaning. Is anyone aware of one of these in existence? Following is the eBay link and I have also uploaded a captured photo.

The posting has the typical careless ebay description "It played cylinder wax disc's.." Huh?!?

It looks like the address listed for the Scotts company is (and was) a house.

I'll bet that empty chain to the right held the tune cards that would be visible through the window(s) on the front. I love how the sign is made with one of those rubber-stamp kits that come in flat wooden boxes. I still find those in antiques shops today fairly often. I wonder where the atoms of this machine are now?
