I was wondering if anyone knew of a good wood worker or how can I myself make this same molding for my Columbia Q Case it was missing when I purchased it.

I don't know how small of a job they will do, but living in a house built in 1885 occasionally requires copying existing millwork/mouldings that you cannot find in your local lumber yard. Perhaps you want to check them out:

Do a google search on how to make a scratch stock. With a little effort, you should be able to do this molding.
