I just finished rebuilding my G&T Concert soundbox.
Gasket (actually Edison H/K) & mica are from Phonographs.org.
Before and after pictures and the parts.

Very nice! How does the Concert sound in comparison to an Exhibition?

I do not have an Exhibition, but according to most published opinions the Concert was not a great performer by any account. It lasted only a few years, in contrast the exhibition was the longest lifespan of all the Victor soundboxes.

Looks great! Did you make a tool to pull it apart?? Some day
I have one or two that will need to be rebuilt. Did they have
rubber or paper gaskets inside??

I posted the tool picture that I made, in the Tips and Tricks section, just a few days ago.
The original as well as the replacement are black rubber.
I can mail you the tool when you need it
