Edison Diamond Disc Parts Swapping... Can it be done?

Hello all -
Yesterday I got 4 Edison Diamond Disc machines practically free. I have a C-19, C-250, A-80, and A-100 (oak). I'd like to take the parts from the C-19 or C-250 and put them in the A-100 cabinet. Is that possible? Also, is the A-80 that I got anything unusual or early? It's mostly complete, but needs work. I wouldn't mind the work if it were a worthwhile machine.
Currently I have never owned any working Edison Diamond Disc machines in all my years of collecting.

How about some photos of the C-19 and C-250? Is the A-80 sitting on a cabinet that is made for it? I can't tell from the photo if the base molding is past the edge of the cabinet. Thanks, Jerry

The horn assembly of the C19 or C250 would be too large to put into an A100. The A80 is early, rarer than the others but is not a great runner, underpowered and often runs unevenly.

The A-80 is a one piece unit, not detachable.

If you mean the A80 is attached to that cabinet it's setting on that would be very unusual indeed. What's inside the lower cabinet? How is it attached?

I would take the chippendale models and make one good one fron the two. The A_100 is missing too much to be restored without alot of parts and effort (the veneer missing on the lower shelf ect..) What parts are missing from the a-80 besides the grill? It also looks like someone just afixed the machine with a cabinet of sorts that is not near the correct size.

Interesting: is there any identification on the lower cabinet? Frow mentions cabinets made for the 60 and 80 models, made by Newbigging Line; whether that included the A-80 model, I don't know...
Could the cabinet have been purpose-built for the machine? Obviously someone would have had to remove the feet and (most likely) screw the two together....

I also think that the A-80 has just been attached to a cabinet after the fact. In case you want to restore it, here are some pictures of mine for reference. If you need exact measurements or a trace of the grill please let me know via PM. From a value perspective, I paid $375 plus buyers premium for mine at the Carlisle auction and I think it is a very interesting machine. The belt drive is a bit finnicky, but otherwise it plays well.
