Hrm. Hopefully someone else has better leads on this than I do—I tried eBay and Craigslist a bit, then a couple of Google searches, but the best I could do was the bottom of one on eBay. Somehow I do not think you want a build-your-own-Model-A kit.

The Google searching resulted in sale listings from years ago (and your request for one elsewhere).

Maybe some of our talented eBay-searchers will be able to find you something.
