Small part needed - needle rest cup & pad

I have a off brand, un-lidded, tiger oak (the decal is worn off) machine that used to have a shallow metal cup about the size of a quarter held onto the case with a single wood screw in the center. This shallow nickel-plated metal cup had a felt pad inside covering the wood screw and was used as a needle-tonearm rest. A very basic machine with only a 10" platter and a small dial speed control, another deeper cup to hold some extra needles, and that felt pad reproducer needle rest cup. I am in need of that needle rest cup or something at least close. There is no big hole cut into the case since the metal cup was only held to the case by one small wood screw. I know some off-brand portables had these needle rest cups? Anyone have something like this? No photo as it is totally missing from my machine.
