looks more like a 4-40 to me ( I think the seller is mixing up the stock pics with the actual machine)

He's definitely mixing pictures, but the first one that appears is definitley an 8-9. You can't see much but what shows looks to be very nice. At a price of $450, I would take it in a second if I were closer.
