Edison 'Home' Model E with Model O reproducer and carved-paw cylinder storage cabinet. Horn bell restoration by Don Gfell. Horn throat re-grained and bright parts (crank, back bracket, horn crane) polished by Steve Farmer. Trowel-weight Model O reproducer meticulously rebuilt by Steven Medved. Motor rebuilt and regulated, and mandrel shaft bearing replaced by George Vollema. Runs as smooth and quiet as a mouse. I don't believe this machine saw much use when it was new as the gears are unworn and pin striping is excellent -- 98%. The original finish on the case is a bit dry (I believe it spent years in a hot attic) and can be top-coated, but that is a matter of personal preference. No alligatoring. The lid has a small chip in the veneer. Includes a nice, refinished (not by me) cylinder cabinet with carved claw feet. One claw has a small chip. It's a five-tray cabinet, but only has two trays. It originally had cardboard pegs, but there are none now. This is a super-nice Home that plays flawlessly. $2100
