Brunswick Ultona Gaskets

I am in the process of rebuilding a Brunswick double-sided Ultona. I have never done one of these before, but so far so good. I have read of all of the possible hazards of attempting to dismantle one of these but this one came apart with only one minor problem: one of the ring screws was siezed and I managed to damage the head to the point that I couldn't move it even after a trip to the freezer. So, I chucked up a small grinding ball in my Dremel drill press and ground the head off the screw. The ring then came off and I was able to remove the rest of the screw with pliers.
My question is: what do I use for new gasket material. It looks like Victor Exhibition tubing will work, but it appears to be slightly undersized. Can anyone tell me for sure what to use?
