Foldable Searchlight Horn Needs Help! - Look

I picked up a Vic M with a second style foldable Searchlight horn. Unfortunately, the horn is damaged and beyond my skills to repair. Does anyone know of someone that has the metal working skills to repair my horn? Thanks, Jerry Blais
