Does anyone know why ebay no longer shows "Best Offer" won price on items that were sold by "Best Offer?"? Up to the other week ebay would show you the best offer accepted price identifing what the item actuyally sold for. For example, say someone was offering a Victrola 4 for a "Buy It Now" price of $200, but the seller was also considering a best offer. An ebayer offers him/her $175.00. The seller accepts the 175.00 best offer. Previously, ebay would show what the phonograph sold for whci is $175.00. Today you see $200.00 with a line struck through the price with "Best Offer Accepted" underneath. Anyone know why this change occurred?

I noticed that also. I assume to keep prices up? If 20 items sell, fifteen of them for 200.00 and five of them for 125.00,buyers may be more apt to negotiate harder for lower prices. If listing something common and you click on sell similar I have seen that they still give you the average amount that items sell for so you can list appropriatly
